HEALTHY REMEDIES

The Secret Ingredient is alwayssss LOVE

Fixing dry skin

  • Dry skin nourishment from within for it to heal and look healthy. Since dry skin lack moisture you must ensure that you keep yourself well-hydrated. Drinking at least 10-12 glasses of water daily will ensure that your skin looks supple and maintain its elasticity.
For puffy eyes

  • Laying cold cucumber slices over your eyes may look a little silly, but the age-old beauty trick really does reduce puffiness. Cucumbers, which are 95% water, offer a nice cooling sensation and the cold temperature causes blood vessels to constrict and reduce inflammation. And there's a reason why cucumber in particular work even better than ice cubes. You just need to leave them on for 10 minutes for fresher-looking eyes.
Soothe a burn

  • If you grazed your skin with a hot-from-the-oven cooking pan, apply aloe vera get to the burn as needed. The soothing and anti-inflammatory gel creates a second skin to protect it from air, with irritates exposed nerve ending.

We no need to buy an expensive skincare product. Just DIY at home. Because ist save money, save time and save your sanity. :)

Impact of social media on E-commerce

The social media and mobile usage is exhibiting substantial growth throughout the past few years over the world. The economy is also growing fast as well as internet usage and social media penetration. E-commerce is any economic transaction which includes the process of buying, selling, transferring or exchanging products, services, or information using electronic data transmission via the Internet (Grandon & Pearson 2004). I found that social media   play significant roles on E-commerce.

One major positive impact in this borderless transaction is to simplify and speed up transactions. This is because transactions and e-commerce services can be easily accessed at anytime and anywhere, whether in the office, home and so on. For example, this transaction can be initiated even at home with the ease of accessing the internet.

Other than that, social media also improve the quality and productivity of our industrial output. The development of social media directly can help improve human productivity. All work can be carried out quickly, accurately and with very minimal errors. For example, with email, information can be sent quickly exceeded national boundaries, time and space. Without social media, we are unable to compete in the international market. Our product is would be labelled as outdated. So, with social media enabled Malaysia to compete with other developed countries.

UNEMPLOYMENT _Keep Hope Alive_

“The cool thing about unemployment is every day is Saturday.”

Unemployment is serious problem that our government faces. Nowadays, someone had a degree was expected but not much respected.
Our prime minister are trying their utmost best to solve it wisely.Despite changing technology, the underlying principles of why unemployment occurs remain the same. It’s also what continues to this day.

The three main causes of unemployment are economic conditions, new technology, and increasing populations.

  • Economic conditions are the main factor in unemployment. An economic crash causes businesses to fold and posts to disappear. If there isn’t enough money coming into a company, it can no longer afford to pay its employees.

  • New technology also has an impact. As conventional tasks become more automated and more convenient, some employees find their posts obsolete. With no reason to continue paying them, they lose their jobs as the job simply disappears.

  • Increasing populations often lead to unemployment at a slower rate. The numbers of unemployed have increased over the past few decades as the population has accelerated. To an extent, the increasing demand for goods and trade balances out the population increase, but businesses often fail to deal with the short-term consequences.

New technology and an increasing population generally go hand-in-hand. If technology remained the same the increasing population wouldn’t matter as the jobs would form naturally. The rescinding in the number of roles from multiple sides overwhelms the employment market and we finish with a shortfall in jobs.

To solve this problem, one of the steps is educated youth should not be too choosy to find work. Make it as an experience. "When one door closes, another opens;but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closer door that we do not see the one which has opened for us.
Besides that, The educated youth should change their mind also and they should think of self temployment, rather than searching jobs and services hither and there wasting their energy. In this way very serious problem of unemployment may be saved to a great extent.

FLASH FLOODS

WHEN FLOOD TURN AROUND DON'T DROWN

JOHOR BARU, Nov 16, 2015: Three motorists were trapped in their cars after their vehicles’ were stuck in a flash flood along the busy Jalan Wong Ah Fook in the city centre here today.

However, firemen managed to assist the victims, while traffic police closed off the roads around the area.
A Johor Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson said they dispatched a team from the Johor Baru fire station after receiving a distress call at 12.48pm.
“The team arrived at the scene at 1pm and immediately gave assistance,” said the spokesperson, adding that there were no casualties reported.
The three were part of 20 cars that were also stuck along the stretch after it was flooded for about two hours following continuous heavy downpour at 12pm.

Among the areas hit was the Jalan Wong Ah Fook area where the popular City Square Johor Baru shopping complex and the Komtar JBCC mall were located.

HOW TO PREVENT FLOOD??

  • By improving or repairing the drainage system. This helps to reduce the rising water level when the flash flood happens here. This can be done by widening or increasing the size of drain to let more water flow in it rather than in the road
  • Retaining walls. In some places, retaining walls levees, lakes, dams, reservoirs or retention ponds have been constructed to hold extra water during times of flooding
  • Vegetation. Trees, shrubs and grass help protect the land from erosion by moving water. People in low-lying areas must be encouraged to use a lot of vegetation to help break the power of moving flood water and also help reduce erosion.

GRADUATION DAY _Is it just a scroll?_

Congratulation graduates-- Now, go out and conquer the World!

So yahhh. Is it just a scroll or maybe just a picture selfie for you?? Some people would say that it's proof of the freedom we will soon experience. Some say that it's the end of the best years of our lives. Some would say that it's when we're forced to grow up and become adults.

Unfortunately, most students are blind to the fact that life after university is not so glamorous. Graduation day for most people is the day of freedom, but what most people don't realize is graduation is the day that you become more responsible, self-sufficient adult.
Things change. And friends leave. Life does not stop for anybody.

**MORE COOL IDEAS**

Apart from receiving the scrolls, I suggest in the days leading up to graduation, have the soon-to-be graduates write a letter to their parents and ask that the parents write a letter to their child. Exchange the letters at the ceremony.

Besides that, prepare a special journal for each graduating students. Throughout the year, lecturers, family members, peer and other might write message to students in those journal, which will be handed to the students at the graduation ceremony.

--GRADUATION is only a concept. In a real life, everyday we graduate. Graduation is a process that goes on until the last day of your life. If u can grasp that, you will make a DIFFERENCE.

BUT for me, it doesn't matter HOW you graduated, only that you DID :)

p/s: pray for me, its about 2 years more :)

LANSLIDES

NOVEMBER 11:  A landslide occurred at KM52.4 of the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Highway (KLK) near Bukit Tinggi this evening.

One of the victims, Low Chin Seng, was in a Toyota Estima with his friend when the landslide occurred. The two were on their way to Cheras from Bukit Tinggi to have dinner there. "It happened so fast. One minute it was normal, the next you could see uprooted trees and water gushing down from a hillside," said the student. He said the incident occurred so fast that drivers jammed on the brakes, hoping to avoid being trapped in the deluge. Low however couldn't brake in time and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him.

According to the Malaysian Highway Authority's official Twitter (@LLMinfotrafik), both north- and south-bound roads have been closed and traffic was at a standstill.

Highway users have been advised to use alternative routes. Those from Kuantan are to take the Bentong exit while those from Kuala Lumpur are to exit at Genting Sempah.

No injuries were reported.

BABY DUMPING _think before you do_

Nowadays,
Babies dumping happening almost every day. According to Community, Family and Women Ministry baby dumping cases had already achieved to thousands per a year. Suddenly this problem has become as a big issue in Malaysia. Why this problem could happen? What had happened to our youths?

There are many factors that cause this problem continuously occurring in Malaysian society. Lifestyle of teenagers itself, for example when they are in campus or in college, the teenagers are free act  without parent’s control. Some of them date and try to do something as couple. Sometimes they can make ‘‘something’’ out of their mind in which turning out to be out of their own expectation. Just start with going out for a dinner by riding the same vehicle together. If it is just for a dinner, then there is no problem. But if the dinner’s over and they’re still together alone in a car, then that is not right and ‘something’ bad can happen. Perhaps that ‘’something’’ can be call it as sumbang mahram or zina in Malay Language.

unsafe relationship
The parents are also must control and minimize their children’s activities outdoor. They must know their children go out with who and where they go. The responsibility parent will avoid their children from unhealthy activity.
Once the teenagers find themselves pregnant, they are about to fend for themselves, and they became estranged from their family after they know about the pregnancy. Thus, causes the young mums to be scared in dealing with feelings of fear, anger, disappointment and confusion, therefore they take the easiest and fastest way out by abandon or worse, by killing the baby (abortion, baby dumping)
We could solve this social problem if we emphasis religious teaching on our children, control them carefully and always take care of them. I hope baby dumping in Islamic State like Malaysia will not happen anymore.

VAPING _a better alternative?_

Electronic cigarettes: Are they safer than tobacco? Or are they a high-tech way to hook a new generation on a bad nicotine habit?
Nobody knows yet.
Research into the effects of e-cigarettes lags behind their popularity. But ready or not, the era of e-cigarettes is here. It’s a booming, billion-dollar industry -- on track to outsell tobacco products within a decade.

How E-Cigarettes Work??

They look like the real thing. The end glows as you inhale. As you exhale, you puff out a cloud of what looks like smoke. It's vapor, similar to the fog you might see at rock shows.
All e-cigarettes work basically the same way. Inside, there's a battery, a heating element, and a cartridge that holds nicotine and other liquids and flavorings. Features and costs vary. Some are disposable. Others have a rechargeable battery and refillable cartridges.
Using an e-cigarette is called "vaping."

Are They Safe??

The nicotine inside the cartridges is addictive. When you stop using it, you can get withdrawal symptoms including feeling irritable, depressed, restless and anxious. It can be dangerous for people with heart problems.

What Adults and Smokers Need to Know??

  • If you don't smoke, don't start vaping. There are no health benefits and some risks
  • If you smoke and are trying to quit, you're better off with an- pproved method of quitting like the nicotine patch or gum. There's good evidence that they help. E-cigarettes may turn out to be an effective way to quit, but we don't have the proof yet
  • If you're not planning to quit, would it be healthier to switch from tobacco products to e-cigarettes? Maybe. Talk to your doctor about the risks and benefits

KEEP CALM, I'M IN PUBLIC HEALTH :)

Think like an economist

Well, the 2015 Budget was about to end. Usually before and after the presentation of the Budget by the Prime Minister, social media, also in coffee shops will be chaotic; everyone pretends to be an economist.(even our grandpa hihi)

quiet pleasee. economist at work :p

Because everyone wants a story about the budget, I want to talk about the budget article as well. Although as a student in public university, I think I have a right to share about Malaysian Budget.

I know ,many of us cannot wait to get  reward and incentives from the government such as Br1m or any form of subsidy. Moreover, with the implementation of the GST starting in this year(1th April 2015) and also higher oil prices, even though only 20 per cent(act not increase), but fuel subsidies were reduced.

But in terms of economic progress certainly those at higher levels wants to see new government policies such as tax or whatever it takes to drive the economy in order to compete well in the years ahead.

I'm talking such I am an experienced economist. (sheer humbug, really!)

The villagers(like me,haha) certainly need to be addressed, with higher oil prices, prices of other goods also undoubtedly be impressed. Prices of goods may be a little expensive in rural areas than in the urban areas.

Subsidies is one of the things that are often spoken of today. There are those who want a readjustment in the allocation of state subsidies, so that it is used by those who really need it.

I agree if the distribution of this subsidy is limited to only those who need only, as justice is not necessarily equal rights.

Alright. Enough for today.

KEEP CALM,AND THINK LIKE AN ECONOMIST. Tehee
